Processing Information Note
Initial processing commenced with a basic description and inventory produced April 14, 1996. Records in the Archives were foldered and boxed at the time. The collection was updated as additional records were added. Due to accruals, new records, and relocation of the Archives from the basement to the upper floor of the library, some reorganization was necessary. Also, as a consequence of a major computer crash in the mid 2000s, data had to be updated and re-entered using Archivist Toolkit 2.0 beginning in September 2012. The sources for the data were the "Preliminary Inventory" printed in June 2002 and a manuscript copy of the accession book. In March 2015, a Mysql database was created and staff conducted the set up, migration, and clean up of data from then exisiting records in an Archivists Toolkit internal database to the new Mysql database.
