Deadlines for clearances are July 1 for the fall semester and December 1 for the spring semester. In order to complete clearances, all students must enroll in the American Data Bank immunization tracking service and pay a yearly fee to maintain their records on this site. All documents are submitted to American Data Bank. No records are submitted to the program chair or faculty.
