Undergraduate Admissions Visitor Guidelines

Holy Family University is very excited to welcome you to our campus so that you can see first-hand all that our campus has to offer.  We have established the guidelines below to ensure the health and well-being of our own community as well as our prospective students and their families.

Holy Family University has observed the published CDC guidelines and has worked closely with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) to develop a safe reopening plan for our campus. We are keenly aware of the requirements and will adjust our plans in the case of a resurgence or if the guidelines from the Commonwealth or the City change.

Prior to Your Visit

All visitors MUST register ahead of time.  You can do so on our Ways to Visit web page.

We are limiting tours to one family at a time and only 3 people so each prospective student is permitted to bring along 2 guests.

Due to space constraints, we cannot accommodate Walk-Ins for tours at this time.

Visitors are expected to familiarize themselves with all guidelines prior to coming to campus. Detailed information is available in our Return to Campus Plan for Fall 2020.

Day of Your Visit

All visitors are required to self-screen for symptoms immediately prior to traveling to campus. If someone is exhibiting any symptoms, or otherwise concerned about their health, they are asked to not enter our campus.  A Self-Screener can be found on the Return to Campus section of our Web site.

All visitors are required to properly wear masks which completely cover the mouth and nose in all campus areas indoors and outdoors.

Everyone is responsible for bringing their own mask but, if need be, one will be provided.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit.

Entrance to the Undergraduate Admissions Center is at the rear of the building.

A Tour Guide or Admissions Representative will greet you and the tour will leave immediately.

Bottled water will be offered to all guests before and after the tour.

When the tour is over, an Admissions Representative can briefly answer any questions most likely outside or in our conference room if weather is an issue.
